The XX120004 scissor leg weldment forms one side of the pivoting linkage that lets a Rotary scissor lift's platform rise and lower in a controlled arc. This is a welded steel assembly, not a simple stamped bracket, so SVI fabricates it to the same weld pattern and gusset placement as the original to preserve the structural rigidity the lift depends on under load.
